Spring Florals + New Must-Haves For Your Wardrobe
I am super excited about spring, it's one of those times of the year where everything seems fresh and brand new. It's bright colorful and leaves you room to be super creative especially with your clothing. As I mentioned last post we are learning simple tips and tricks to help built a translational wardrobe.
This week I am tackling two pieces in one post:
First, the neutral but not so neutral shoe.
This pastel greenish blue pump I got for a steal and it is the perfect neutral for spring. It has a pop of color that is not overwhelming but yet can transition to any other season with a pair of jeans.
Second, a midi skirt with fun print. I got this fabric on clearance and it remain in my fabric pile for a long time before I could decide what I was going to do with it.
I am glad I choose a circle skirt, the drape on this fabric is amazing; as soon as I put it on I wanted to twirl.
A midi skirt should always be a must, you can dress it down or up effortlessly. Whether you choose to go with a solid or print you cannot go wrong.
So here it is, another list of must haves for building a wardrobe without breaking the bank. I always go for comfort and versatility with every piece I buy. I like to get the most for my money. Figure out what is important to you as an individual, is it price, quality, and/or comfort; know your deal-breakers before pulling out your wallet. You don't want to end up with a closet fill of unworn, unwanted, was on-trend clothes. Be wise with every purchase.
Stay tune for more tips, and outfit inspiration to come.
